1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup yogurt (plain, low-fat)
2 1/4 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

1.5 tsp cinnamon

Recipe:
Combine butter (at room temp) with sugar, beat until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add flour mixture to the butter/sugar alternating with the yogurt.
Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased loaf pan. Now add your filling. I covered the layer with chocolate chips and sprinkled a bunch of cinnamon sugar on top. Pour the rest of the batter on top, and sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar (if desired). Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. (It may take longer, so keep an eye on it).
